Apple might claim MacBook Air as an ultra-thing laptop, but Sony corp seems responding the hunch by launching Vaio Y series. Vaio type VPCYA19FJ / B has the same screen size with one type of the MacBook Air, which has 11.6 Inch, but still Vaio Y design still considered to be very slim. Cnet in one of the article wrote that Sony Y series has only 3 pounds (1 pound heavier than the MacBook Air). The slimmest part of the new Y Vaio sized only 1.2 inches.
Sony Y series will be on sale in Japan on 27 November with about US$ 1336 pricing and may visit international market after that.

Rumors about Sony’s new game console PlayStation Portable 2 (PSP2) is finally revealed. The Japanese Sony confirmed that the launching of PSP2 is on schedule. Sony promised to bring a new game sensation with PSP2 which will be different from the current PSP.
PlayStation Portable 2 (PSP2) is reportedly will have the same shape and operation system, but PSP2′s touch panel will be placed on the backside of the console. Navigation system will use trackpad, just like the one we found on notebook. The screen will have a larger dimension and supports high definition (HD).
Wall Street Journal estimated, a bigger screen indicated the purpose of creating Sony PSP2 as console gaming, e-book reader, and a netbook. Quoted from Kotaku, on Tuesday , Sony had even boasted that they would launch PlayStation Portable 2 (PSP2) in late 2011.
