Google finally agreed to make a new feature in Google Maps. The Google Maps new service is designed especially for cyclists. Google Maps for Cyclist appears after a petition signed by tens of thousands of people. As quoted from wired, Google Maps for Cyclists is the most vociferous demands issued by the Google Maps users, said Shannon Guymon, Google Product Manager. In fact, there are more than 50,000 signatures on the petition.
This is a feature of bicycle routes that cyclists can find a safe route to take, this route is certainly safe, far from crowded streets and high hills. These feature will include routes that are suitable for. Google Maps for Cyclist so far is available in 150 cities in America, but Google has made a plan to expand its scope. Similarly for the mobile version, Google indicated that they would consider it.
