WWDC 2011 – In spite of becoming sick, Steven Jobs wouldn’t let Apple’s WWDC (Worldwide Developer’s Conference) 2011 this year occurred without having him. At Apple’s annual conference, Steven Jobs introduced a many-still current new enhancements that launched his company. Presented about half an hour, Steven Jobs looks thinner on stage to introduce iCloud. Symbian is an operating system intended specifically for smartphones and could be used by NTT DoCoMo, Sony Ericsson, and is now maintained by Nokia. The latest version of the Symbian, named Anna was officially presented in April 2011, this operating system has undergone an update on the browser side, the virtual keyboard when the phone is in vertical orientation, and a better scrolling in homescreen.

There are two devices that directly use the latest operating system ie the new Nokia E6 and Nokia X7 that will be available in mid-June. The smartphones which previously been using Symbian^3 like Nokia N8 , E7, C7 and C6-01, also will be able to upgrade to the operating system for Symbian Anna.

Since Microsoft announced that the ‘Mango’ aka Windows Phone 7.5 will be enriched with updated features, it is much to imagine what can be found by Windows Phone users when the updates are released. At Microsoft’s developer forum in Tokyo – Japan earlier this week, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer divulged a little information about the Mango. Interestingly, the update is said to be providing 500 new features.
Quoted from Geek yesterday, on this forum Ballmer also showed off some of the latest Windows 7 Phone mobile phone with multitasking capabilities and access to hardware that is enriched. Reportedly, the phone is immediately launched. Not to forget, Microsoft is also showing some new tools for developers, such as private apps and beta. Mango’s development tools will be soon available for developers of Windows Phone this weekend.
