Since Microsoft announced that the ‘Mango’ aka Windows Phone 7.5 will be enriched with updated features, it is much to imagine what can be found by Windows Phone users when the updates are released. At Microsoft’s developer forum in Tokyo – Japan earlier this week, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer divulged a little information about the Mango. Interestingly, the update is said to be providing 500 new features.

Quoted from Geek yesterday, on this forum Ballmer also showed off some of the latest Windows 7 Phone mobile phone with multitasking capabilities and access to hardware that is enriched. Reportedly, the phone is immediately launched. Not to forget, Microsoft is also showing some new tools for developers, such as private apps and beta. Mango’s development tools will be soon available for developers of Windows Phone this weekend.

Latest generation of Apple’s iPhone smartphone – iPhone 5 – is allegedly released this year. Numerous rumors have circulated about what the iPhone 5 will be. Recent rumors say the iPhone 5 will have a curved or concave screen. The news was conveyed by Taiwan-based media, Digitimes, in   citing the sources involved. If this is true, pointed out there will be significant design changes in the iPhone 5 than previous generations.


Concave or curved screen on the smartphone is not a new thing actually. Google Smartphone Nexus S by Samsung which was widely circulated on the market is the first to adopt this kind of screen.

Motorola Droid X2 has finally officially released. Holding Verizon in hand with, the same-old-brand-new smartphone Motorola Droid was previously armed with 2.2 android, and now has been upgraded to gingerbread 2.3 with dual-core 1GHz processor.


Promised to fulfill the entertainment need, Motorola Droid X2 is featuring 8 MPx autofocus camera, qHD screen resolution and HD video recording. As written in engadget.com, Motorola Droid X2 seems to have the similar USB and HDMI ports just as the ones found on Motorola Atrix 4G. Further information, the updates on Motorola Droid X2 includes the unnamed 1GHz dual-core chip inside the Droid X2, which just happens to be Verizon’s first dual-core smartphone.
